 ORAL AND POSTER SESSIONS                                                                                 

Oral sessions:

 - There will be a computer and a videoprojector in the conference room. Each speaker is invited to load his presentation before the beginning of his session. 

 - Please respect the maximal time given for a presentation, i.e. 15 min per presentation + 5 min questions (25 for an invited presentation + 5 min questions).  

Poster sessions:

 - There is no imposed template. However, the poster format is A0 portrait. Everything will be furnished to hang on the posters. 

ABSTRACTS                                                                                                                                                                               

The dealine for abstracts submission is the 31th of january 2014.

After the creation of an account on this website, abstracts (.doc, .rtf or .docx format) can be deposited on line (My Space "Submissions"). They should not exceed 500 words, and should conform to the following template (template).

You will be able to follow the contributions already uploaded on My Space "My submissions". Modifications can be done until the deadline for abstracts submission. 

COMMUNICATIONS                                                                                           

The deadline for full paper submission is the 15th of April 2014. 

Papers must be written on a A4 format page according to the template.

SPECIAL IEEE TDEI ISSUE                                                                                  

A selection of communications will be proposed for publication in a special issue of IEEE Transactions on Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation (TDEI).
